QUCAN, a global center for quantum computing, has announced a new partnership with Classiq, a leader in quantum software development platforms. Through this collaboration, QUCAN’s introduction to quantum computing and industry use cases program, QC101, will now include full license access to the Classiq Platform.
As quantum computing evolves from theory to real-world applications, this integration provides learners with the opportunity to design, test, and optimize algorithms on a professional-grade platform used by industry leaders worldwide.By embedding Classiq Platform into QC101, learners will benefit from:
High-Level Quantum Algorithm Design – Create complex quantum algorithms in a structured, accessible way, and run them on real quantum hardware.
Hands-On Classiq Labs – Live workshops and guided labs covering everything from Qmod basics to advanced use cases like network traffic optimization.
Live Expert Panel with Classiq – An interactive session featuring a Classiq representative, offering learners direct insights into industry trends and practical applications.
Professional Certification – A recognized credential demonstrating applied expertise in both quantum foundations and industry software.
Exclusive Resources – Access to additional use-case notebooks (finance, Shor’s algorithm, and more) beyond the workshop curriculum.
This collaboration ensures that QC101 learners don’t just learn the theory of quantum computing—they gain the practical, industry-ready skills to make an impact. Arda Abay, Founder of QUCAN, highlighted the significance of this partnership:
As quantum computing accelerates, the ability to bridge learning and real-world applications has never been more critical. Partnering with Classiq allows us to provide learners with direct access to a platform that industry is already using to solve meaningful problems. With global cohorts launching this year, we are proud to prepare professionals from all backgrounds to take part in this transformation.
Classiq shared their perspective on the collaboration:
Quantum computing is moving quickly, and with it comes a growing demand for people who can bridge research, industry, and real-world applications. Opportunities to gain structured, hands-on experience are becoming essential for anyone interested in this field. QC101 offers exactly that: a two-month introduction to quantum computing that combines live lectures and labs, expert insights, self-paced learning, and a global community of peers. We are proud to contribute to QC101, sharing our expertise in quantum software and helping participants connect theory with practice using real tools and methods.
Learners can access the Classiq Platform through the QC101 with Industry plan. Alternatively, it is available as an add-on to the QC101 or QC101+ plans.
The partnership between QUCAN and Classiq during the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology represents a major step toward making quantum education practical, applied, and aligned with industry needs — empowering the next generation of professionals to move from learning theory to creating real-world quantum solutions.
