Shipment & Delivery

QUCAN offers all its services and programs in digital format. We do not ship any physical products.

1. Delivery of Services

  • Upon successful enrollment and payment, users will receive an email with login credentials and platform access details before the program begins.

  • Access to digital materials (e.g., lectures, labs, Q-Notebook, etc.) is provided through our learning platform (Canvas, Zoom, and AI assistant).

2. Timing

  • Full access to the program is granted prior to the kickoff date listed during enrollment.

  • For 1-year access packages, the duration begins on the official start date of the program.

3. Failed Deliveries

If you do not receive your program access or confirmation within 48 hours of enrollment, please contact our support team immediately at: info@qucan.org
